I got a phone call this afternoon saying Pam had mistakenly confused our court date and we were actually heard yesterday the 20th and we passed!
Shockingly wonderful.

We have another sweet son, Graeden, born to us on Wednesday morning. He is adorable and we are so grateful!

We were misinformed (aka lied to) about a court date and we do not in fact have one. Our paperwork agency assumed we would have one soon and saw no harm in telling us we already did. FOP agency handled the situation really well and we know our case has been refiled and should be assigned a court date within the next two weeks. It is likely we will have a late october/early november date
