News...
As we speak the court is taking stacks of cases and approving them. They asked our agency for 10 extra cases today and passed them all, but we have yet to hear whose they were. Wouldn't it be amazing if our little Y and E were in that stack!?
We are just thrilled to hear some movement. It does sound though like they have 40-50 open cases! Double what we thought.
Taking great strength from waiting on the Lord and the knowledge that when Chris and Caroline visited them they were all healthy and happy. We know they are being loved-Praise God!!

Many families with our agency already have court dates and if they pass they plan to travel Aug 27.
We are hopeful to get our court date this week and travel mid-september.

Happy Independence Day!

Our morning at Fort Kid...The safest playground in Knoxville! We love to take John Harvey here because he can just run around everywhere. Of course, now that Ben showed him the fireman pole, I may not be so relaxed.

Happy Birthday sweet baby Y!! JH and I made a green (don't ask why-he picked it:) cake to celebrate Y's first birthday today. Explaining to a three year old that his brother will not actually be at the party is tough for a mama, but by God's grace JH accepted it as normal and celebrated enough for 3!
We are still waiting. Rumor has it today is the day Ethipia plans to get the cases back to being heard. We would love a July court date and we are of course hopeful to bring them home by August, but trusting the one who holds the timewatch. As I heard as recently as today, God loves crazy timing and we strive to love what He loves and to see Him glorified in our family!
